Last night some of our LaSalle residents enjoyed a fabulous personalized menu for the monthly Diner’s Club dining experience. Prepared by our Red Seal Executive Chef, Spencer Gibbons. The group enjoyed Capon Chicken, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Cesar Salad followed by a decadent dessert and refreshments. Hosted by our Executive Director and Recreation Manager, Khursid Khan and Angela Blackwood.
