For the last three years, LaSalle Park Retirement Community has been making wishes come true for our residents. This initiative has grown beyond our imagination from a concept that was originally inspired by the idea of checking items off your bucket list …we call this our Living List.
Recently we granted one of the most exciting Living List wishes to date. Art Angel, who 93 years young, went sky diving at the Niagara Skydive Centre Inc. Art was a pilot in the Second World War and has always been very passionate about airplanes. For the last few weeks, we have been waiting for the weather to cooperate and finally the day came and Art got to jump out of a plane at 10,000 feet!!
