Our dinner club last night was our most special one yet. For our Italian themed menu we honoured our late resident, Verla. Chef Spencer used Verla’s recipe for her spaghetti and meatballs and it was DELICIOUS! Verla is greatly missed by us all, she had a wonderful sense of humour and made each meal a memorable one.
