Today Margaret celebrates her 90th birthday and her family worked with us to make it extra special. Our Executive Chef Spencer made trifle, her favourite dessert. Her family delivered flowers, balloons and a beautiful sign. The best part was the video that her family put together with everyone sending their love and best wishes. We learned that Margaret really loves the chicken dance which was a big part of the video and brought her lots of laughs. We all did the chicken dance together after watching the video. Margaret’s family visited later in the evening and did a chicken dance across the street. Hope you had a great day Margaret!
