I want to express my thanks for everything that you did for our father during his stay at LaSalle. Although his personal situation brought about some challenges, you did everything possible to make his stay the best it could be. Your team assisted in whatever way possible, and always lent a listening ear to any questions or concerns. You demonstrated a kind, professional interest in his well-being, and that of our entire family as we navigated the experience with dad. The residence itself is beautiful, and the amenities and activities are endless. I only hope to have the opportunity to stay at LaSalle when my time comes.
